- Designed and empirically tested multi-turn user paths, both in isolation and collaboratively with user communities to provide more intuitive and intelligent outcomes that systematically evolve based on user behavior, individually or collaboratively.

Director of Product Strategy & Operations
- Defined 0-1 strategy & vision for a first-of-its-kind AI-powered brand suitability product to rate a diverse set of risk levels present within 40k podcast episodes daily and measure the media sentiment of the shows host across 250k media & social outlets — resulting in $270m of annual ad spend being funneled through our platform within 11 months of ideation.
- Recruited and led cross-functional product teams comprised of Research Engineers, Deep Learning Engineers, ML, BE, FE, NLP Scientists and Data Scientists to develop a cascading series of proprietary models and tools required to generate relevant data, surpass current LLM limitations and achieve contextual relevance across various input modalities.
- Led design to build a simple, intuitive user interface showcasing customized risk reports displaying an ever-changing, complex web of data for consumer and enterprise users. Developed report frameworks using comprehensive, dynamic and robust methodologies to ensure quality benchmarks in an ever-changing cultural landscape.
- Built consumer extension tool by leading UX team to adapt across platforms. Design was informed by working closely with research team to understand user expectations, resulting in an AI Agent interface interacting organically and naturally via conversation style prompting.
- Reported directly to CEO and a c-suite stakeholders (Brand, Agency, Network) representing a diverse set of complimentary and conflicting goals, communicating vertically through the build to ensure alignment and adoption. Represented product as keynote speaker at leading industry events including SXSW, Podcast Movement, and others.

- Built custom consumer facing LMS and CMS platforms to support the wider distribution of mental health, personal growth and professional leadership focused content — creating unique value for individual users and businesses alike.
- Led internal and external teams to produce and distribute hundreds of episodes featuring narrative-driven infotainment format content backed by a mobile-first, custom LMS product offering for consumer subscription and enterprise license.
- Led research project to understand user interaction patterns and falloff within existing industry offerings. - Visually articulated brand identity clients in luxury sector, producing photo and video content for campaign and marketing purposes. Assets were used across proprietary digital channels as well as third-party media outlets.

- Launched fashion division for the agency, growing the portfolio 4x over 18 months.
